Platicas en Parque de los Pobladores are platicas/chats open to the public in San Jose, about technology, nixtamalization, arte, tamales, tamale making, culture, power, futurity, resurgence & more. What is nixtamalization? What does this have to do with San Jose or Silicon Valley? Who makes tamales? Which tamales do you make, and love? What technologies do you create or use, love, or hate?
